Background
Heart failure (HF) is a major and growing problem within the United States (US). It currently affects 6.5 million people over the age of 20 alone (prevalence) and impacts another 960,000 each year (incidence). Our product is an intuitive and easy to use app that is designed to meet the patient needs of HF by providing a simple yet effective way for patients to track their interventions and lifestyle modifications. However, to smaller market, young mothers with newly birth is the main stakeholder of the project.

Peripartum cardiomyopathy affects ~1.8K mothers/year
Accounts for ~1.7K
hospitalizations/year
Solutions
This app will undergo clinical validation to ensure that it meets the intended clinical purpose and provides accurate and reliable results. This will require collaboration with clinical experts and the collection of real-world data to validate the app's efficacy.
Collect patient health data through monitoring devices and upload it to an App, so that patients can keep track of their health status and get appropriate advice, such as healthy diet
